It was perfect place for travelling to Barrow-in-Furness, I was glad to stay there. The personnel was great and exceptional, and the owner too. The location of the hotel was great, to the lakes. Further, it was very close to all attractions, and lovely garden.

It was a lovely base for our nice stay. The room was outstanding with tea, coffee and quirky decor-welcoming owners-hearty breakfast, the staff were lovely, did everything.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was wonderful old and perfect for us. The property's location was comfortable and lovely, adjacent to local pub as well as several restaurants. It also was close enough to visit in a taxi. We didn't want to say goodbye, couldn't recommend more.
